AI Transformation Lead

About the role

The AI Transformation Lead is a senior, client-facing role for an experienced management consultant who can turn AI ambition into sustained business change. You will shape the agenda with executive teams, mobilize complex programs, and remain accountable from strategy through delivery and adoption.

What you’ll do

• Partner with executive teams to define the AI ambition, target outcomes, and a practical transformation roadmap.
• Assess business opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and build the portfolio and business cases that focus investment on measurable value.
• Design the operating models, governance, capabilities, and change approach required to scale AI responsibly.
• Mobilize and lead cross-functional programs that bring together client teams, FDEs, data and cloud specialists, and other partners.
• Steer delivery, manage risks and dependencies, align senior stakeholders, and track outcomes from kickoff through adoption.
• Facilitate executive workshops and decision forums, making complex strategic and technical trade-offs clear and actionable.

What you’ll bring

• A senior management consulting profile with experience leading AI, digital, data, or enterprise transformation programs.
• A track record of owning complex client engagements from strategy and business case through implementation and adoption.
• The ability to connect business strategy, operating models, processes, technology, data, and organizational change.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Commercial judgment and a disciplined focus on measurable outcomes.
• Strong applied understanding of AI technologies, agentic systems, data foundations, and responsible deployment, with the judgment to challenge assumptions, guide multidisciplinary teams, and translate technical choices into business decisions.
